Dolomite lime or calcium and magnesium salts of carbonate acid, supplies essential calcium and magnesium nutrients, and sweetens your soil by raising the pH to improve plant growth and maximize fertilizer performance. The product is fast acting, easy to apply due to its granular form, environmentally safe, neutralizes acidic soil. Dolomite provides both calcium and magnesium beneficial for vegetables like parsnips, onions, garlic, and beans.

Suggested Application Rates & Method

• As soil supplement: Use in accordance with the recommendations of a qualified individual or institution or according to an approved nutrient management plan.
• The application rate depends on the acidity of your soil. It is also recommended for magnesium-deficient soil environment.
• In hobby gardening 1-3lbs/100 ft2 .
• For commercial use recommended rate, 200-500lbs/acre(224-560kg/ha).

Special Notes

• Apply Dolomite when there is low risk of frost or freezing temperatures. Spring and Fall are the best times for application.
• Pick a non-rainy day to apply dolomite to prevent product wash off.
